The story behind The Catholic Incubator

It all started ...

after we saw too many excellent evangelical and ethical business and ministry ideas die.

This usually happened because the talented, creative, intelligent, qualified Catholics behind the ideas simply didn’t know where to begin or get funding. So, the concept for Exsulto evolved during several long chats in Rome over cappuccini.

As Americans living in the heart of the Church in Rome, we find ourselves in a unique position to reach out across the universal Church to unite qualified professionals on every continent to offer coaching to lead global Catholic innovators to success.

So, our team agreed to pool our business experience, energy, and talents to empower innovators to:

  • make concepts go from idea to reality

  • till the soil for God’s work to blossom

  • support fellow Catholics

  • encourage the conscious practice of Catholic Social Teaching in businesses
